How to make :

The ingredients are not expensive use not complicated and the results are crunchy, emmmmm,
pokonya easy in dapetin in the kitchen bunda2 all yaa, spirit ya bundd.
Material :
- Ordinary wheat 250gr
- Sago 2sdm
- 5sdm vegetable oil
- Onion 5siung
- 2siung garlic
- 5sdm thick coconut milk (coconut milk)
- 1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
- Masako's cock
- Warm water to taste
- The oil for frying
How to make :
Puree onion and garlic (not too smooth once) that had been in the iris2 then stir fry bund, until kekuning2an fragrant, then mix to all ingredients except warm water and oil for frying.
Pour warm water little by little, knead until smooth dough.
Knead the dough until it does not stick in hand / kalis, about 5 minutes.

It's incomplete if wekend to Mamah house is not for cooking.
Moreover, wekend is a very valuable moment yes bund, can walk with my husband, hehe advised bund, the child is still in the womb ,, ups, so vent ;-).

- 700 ml of water (water use to squeeze the coconut milk)
- 2 lemongrass stems that have been in geprek
- 1 segang galang already in geprek
- 3 pieces dau salam
- turmeric to taste (1 medium cut)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- masako to taste
- taste enough
- little oil to saute the spices
ground spices :
- 6 pieces of pecan
- 6 pieces of garlic
- 6 pieces of red onion
- 1 tsp coriander
How to make :
1. boiled jackfruit that has been peeled and cut into boxes / according to taste until tender and ankat and drain, set aside
2. saute spices finely until fragrant then input the jackfruit, bay leaf, lemongrass and galangal briefly then input the coconut milk dilute first to boil
